Operating Model and Leadership
A brand is only as strong as the system that runs it.
I build the team structures, decision rights and technology that let a brand function without depending on any one person, including me. Governance is what makes strategy survive contact with a real organization.
How I approach governance
Team design
I structure the function itself: roles, reporting lines and the mix of in-house and agency capability an institution actually needs, not the org chart it inherited.
Decision rights
Brand decisions stall when nobody owns them. I define who approves what, at what level, so campaigns and content move without every choice escalating to the top.
Martech & AI enablement
I select and run the systems, from CRM to AI-enabled workflows, that let a small team operate at institutional scale.
Crisis & reputation
I build the protocols before the crisis, not during it: who speaks, what gets said, and how fast, so reputation is defended by a system rather than improvised.
