HBKU 10th anniversary
A milestone celebration in education and research, marking ten years of a homegrown institution built to develop Qatar's intellectual capacity.
On 27 October 2022, Hamad Bin Khalifa University marked its 10th anniversary, reaffirming the role of a homegrown institution in developing the nation's intellectual capacity and scientific research capabilities.
The event was attended by His Highness the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation, alongside other senior dignitaries. It featured high impact research projects developed by the HBKU research and academic community, and a high level panel discussion.
